It’s important to take care of your jewelry, and equally important to purchase your jewelry from established brands and manufacturers who use top grade alloys and casting techniques. Gold is sought after for many reasons, two of which are its indestructibility and durability.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over $250 within Canada and the United States. Worldwide shipping rates are based upon location.


why do you only accept paypal?

PayPal is the safest form of payment processing we have been able to find. Although the sellers fees are higher with PayPal, as the buyer you do not incur any added costs. The value of PayPal is that they go to greater lengths to protect the entire transaction process, which is a benefit to the buyer and seller. The higher fees on our end are well worth the value PayPal provides. PayPal is our preferred - and only - payment gateway.


Can I customize my purchase?

Some products can be customized. If the product is labelled “Custom” or “Handmade” it can be fully customized. If it is a designer product, or pre -manufactured product, generally, it cannot be modified. Please contact us if you are curious about a specific product.


 WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase on most products. Custom products may incur a restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
